Symphony Prime is a utility which can be used as a guide to check if connectivity to the MCR Data Centre is permitted. This applies to access for both Symphony Client and SymPOS terminals.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Although this is a very useful tool it should only be used as an indicator that network and firewall rules have been configured correctly. It is possible for Symphony Prime to report inaccurate results in specific circumstances.
